Probiotics:

Probiotics are called by many different names, such as acidophilus, beneficial flora, good bacteria etc… In the colon reside billions of bacteria mostly good. When we take antibiotics, consume to much refined and processed foods, over indulge in coffee, sweets or alcohol, or use laxatives to often our population of beneficial bacteria can suffer greatly causing an imbalance in the colon. Constipation, gas, bloating, lowered immune response and many more symptoms can arise.
